Sapo Verde means green frog. But it also means happy birthday. Happy birthday, with a strong Spanish accent, sort of sounds like sapo verde. Eh, never mind.
(and look - it is described as a typical Honduran birthday song)
Anyway, in 3 weeks (well 20 days now, since it is after midnight) its my birthday. And what I need you all to do is this. I have 7 children. So I need 7 volunteers to come to my house for a couple of hours, and each of you will take over one of my children. So it will be easy on you (since you only have one to watch) AND you will have 6 other people here to keep you company once the little ones go to bed. (and I send my kids to bed starting at 7:15ish - see easy night). That way I can go out to dinner, maybe a movie, maybe not, for my birthday. So sign up for who you want in my comment section. And don't worry, I have plenty of kids to go around. You all can even have your own party once my kids fall asleep. Discuss it among yourselves as to who will bring which liquor, and which foods. If it sounds tempting enough, I may just buy a cake and come home and party with you all.
And because I love you all, I went through my old posts - ones that I transfered over here from my other blog, that you probably haven't read yet. I found some (7 - thats not to many, right??) that I think are funny, and I thought I would link them here for you. I hope you enjoy them.

Is someone trying to tell me something... and if so, what?
First, I need to say to Kelly - I got the tag, I will work on it this week and will have it up before the end of the week.
Also, Johan turned 3 this past Friday and got the cutest birthday present, but my camera is in the shop, so I want to post about it, but I am going to have to wait until my camera comes back, or until I can snag Andre's or Jordan's camera when they arent looking.
When I am checking one of my email accounts, I always love to check out my SPAM folder. It is always full of interesting things, and I wonder why certain things are sent to me.
Things that I have gotten in my spam folder today, Sunday, March 30, 2008 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 10:05PM
- I can get any vehicle I choose, no matter what my payment history is. Ok, I think I would like to get my dream truck then. My ford F350 crew cab dually. With a sound system in it too. Yum.

- I too can be an EBAY millionaire. Well I will need that money to put gas in my 350.
- I have an offer to get free business cards - 3 different times. Maybe I need the business cards to get my EBAY stuff out there?
- 2 more any vehicles I want no matter what my payment history is. I have my F350, so I guess I will take a Toyota Tundra

and a Mitsubisha Montero Sport
for my other two. (im sorry, did you just call me a redneck? Well thank you, I do seem to have redneck tendencies with my trucks) - Blockbuster really really really wants me to use them to get movies (unlimited!) online with a free 2 week trial. No thanks, I am already online more than enough.
- I can view sexy black singles, I can flirt with sexy singles, flirt with more sexy singles, and Melissa is inviting me to check out her pictures. Well seeing as how I am married, I don't really need to flirt with or view anyone - single, married, ugly or sexy.
- I have been selected as a Mystery shopper for the month of March (um, that ends tomorrow) AND for the month of April. Wow how did I get so lucky? I wonder if KFC will let me take off to do this. I hope it is Mystery Shopping for some new glasses at a high price store. I need some new glasses. I want some red ones, or some different funky ones.
- POLICE OFFICERS ARE NEEDED IN MY AREA. Hmmm, does that mean the crime level is going up? Its a good thing I am moving then.
- Financial Aid for any education program that I am looking for. Do they have financial aid for me if I want to become a basket weaver?
- Oh another chance to flirt with sexy singles.
- My credit score has been updated twice, if I could jsut email them with my SS# and my information to verify that I am the owner of said information, they can release the updated information to me. I will get right on that. So glad that people are looking out for my credit score.
- $1500 into my bank account within the hour. TWICE. I guess I could use that $3000 to buy me some new clothes so that I look good in my new vehicles.
- If I am a woman between the age of 24 and 54 then I am wanted. For what?
- Scholarships are available in my area for nurses.
- And I can work filling out surveys for cash, while I am studying to be a nurse.
- Am I ready for the worlds FIRST social dating site?
- Work from home doing easy work, processing rebates. I can process rebates all day. Send me the rebate checks, and I will process them right into my bank account thank you.
- Pink Diet Patch people need my help. I know I am fat, but you dont have to send me emails, sheesh.
- Laura G wants to say hello to me.
- I can get any degree up to a PHD online, and I am sure I can use my financial aid from above to pay for it.
- I can get ten (20) ring tones instantly. Yes it really says ten (20). Someone is an idiot, and for once, it isnt me.
- I can get brand name diapers for free.
- Am I interested in a house that is being foreclosed? Because they want to send me the April list of forclosed homes. Um, we arent even in April yet.
- I can vote today for the November election. Um, I thought the November election was in November. Am I missing something?
- This just in. I can flirt with some sexy singles. And view pictures of hot asian women.
Man, so many oportunities, and so little time. And now you know why I have 3 different email addresses, and why I only use one for when I fill out stuff online.

Why I think of Kelly and smile...
Kelly, of Cancun Canuck always makes me smile. Even when she isnt doing anything. It is just the fact that she is from Canada and lives in Mexico. Why is that a reason to smile? Let me tell you.
Back in 2003 my husband had gone back to Honduras for a time, and I was home alone with the kids. I had a good friend who lived in the apartment next door, and she was also alone with her kids. Her husband was in jail. So I would take the baby monitor and head on over to her house and hang out at night since we both were up half the night anyway. This friend and I have been friends since high school, and we worked at KFC together for 10 some years.
In November of 2003 I moved out of that apartment, and into a different one. So instead of going to her house, I would call her and we would talk all night long. Well for those of you who are up late at night know that as the night goes on, EVERYTHING is funny, and it just gets more and more funny the later it gets. Well at that time KFC was open late, and we all know that Taco Bell is open late too. And we both knew people who worked at various KFC's and Taco Bells, so we would crank call them. We both have 3 way calling, so I would call one KFC, and she would call another KFC at the same time, then we would have her and I, plus the two KFC's on the line. And the managers would answer, usually the same time, and they would argue over who called who and what did they want. We would call Taco Bell and KFC as well and do the same thing. Seriously it was funny at 2AM. Well with the phone plans that we had, we could call Canada as well as Mexico for free. (now you see where Kelly comes into this...) So I would call different Denny's and IHOP's in Canada and Mexico and ask all sorts of things. In Canada I would they would either speak French or English, so I would talk tot hem in Spanish. In Mexico they obviously spoke Spanish, so I would speak English, or I would throw in the few Hindu phrases I knew (I can say I love you and I want to make love to you in Hindu) just for fun. Oh yeah and the few German phrases, and some Pig Latin. Anything but what they spoke. Ah the good old days.
We would also crank call different people with this recording, and the people would answer and they would hear the man saying hello, but they wouldnt hear the rest of it. They would get mad at Mr Spindel yelling at him. Juvenile yes. Fun - oh hell yeah. But I am now a grown up, so no more crank calling for me ;)

People Watching on the Highways
Its amazing talking to my husband after 2 weeks of not being able to can lift my mood so much, and can put a smile on my face.
The joys of working. I work all day, come home cook dinner, get the kids in bed and then sit down and veg for the rest of the night. On my days off, I don't want to move. So if you have been missing me, well thats why. I haven't been coherent enough to write one single sentence. Since I went back to work, my normally otherwise healthy chlidren though have gotten sick. Out of the 7 kids, 5 of them are sick. Which is why I can actually write a coherent sentence. I haven't been to work since Friday.
I woke up with a migraine this morning and had to take my medicine. While my usual medicine is a narcotic, it doesn't have codeine in it. But when I got it refilled, CVS messed up the prescription not once, but twice. The second time I called they told me it was the same medicine, only with added codeine in it. I was going to return it, but I had got it filled at a CVS 30 minutes away, I had no gas at the time, and I had a migraine, so I said forget it. I can deal with the codeine. Today was the first time I took it. It must be the codeine that made me lose my mind when I decided to take all 7 kids to the library this afternoon. And told them each that they could take home 10 books. Great. 60 books PLUS my own stash that I have to keep track of. I snuck in a book about puberty and what not into Jordan's pile. The best thing about it was in one section they talk about and show drawings of what happens to the male and female genitalia. Andre was bothering her about something so she held up the page with the drawing of the penis and chased him around the house as he ran screaming "I dont want to see your penis". *sigh* The threat that I would blog about it had them both shutting up and going to bed with no more noise.
Last week Johan had the pin taken out of his finger and he did so good. No crying or anything. He just watched. I was so proud of him. On the way back home though I did a little bit of people watching on 695 and boy was it filled with weirdos.
There was the guy in the white Ford Freestyle with PA tags on it that had a drumstick (for drums, not like a KFC drumstick) in his hands and he was directing the orchestra, or whatever he was listening to on the radio. Um if it is on your radio, they were already directed, and dont need you to do it again. You need to keep your hands on the wheel so you are not all over 695. Thats why we have 6+ car pile ups on the road.
To the green Ford Contour, the speed limit on 95 is 65, not 45. The average speed is 75+, so if you value your life, do not pull into traffic from an exit going below 45, only to reach your maximum of 45. If you cannot or are afraid to go faster, take route 1 or a different route. Please. For your safety, and mine.
To the state police officer who didnt pull me over for going 75 in a 55 MPH zone, thank you. Its been 12 years since I got a ticket, and I like it that way. Although seeing how fast you flew by me, you probably didn't see me. What were you doing 110?
To whoever put the sign up on 70, near the 695 exit, thank you. I always enjoy seeing that I am 1700 miles away from Denver, and 2200 miles away from Cove Fort. I know how important it is to let everyone know how far away those places are. I dont know where Cove Fort is, but its nice to know that it is 2200 miles away, just in case I get the urge to go for a long drive. Maybe when I decide to run away form home, I can go to Cove Fort. My son would like to know why is it that Cove Fort made it onto the sign and not some other place. So if you know can you please tell him, because I am tired of hearing him ask me about it.
To the Black Kia Sedona who was riding my bumper on 29 while I was going 70 (yes in a 55 MPH zone - My name is Jennifer, and I speed) thank you for finally passing me, and then getting pulled over 2 miles down the road. I appreciate you getting my ticket and keeping my insurance rates down so low.
